HPB welcome their visitors to Northway Court

Now fully operational it was great to pop back this week to Northway Court nr Bideford, North Devon the newest addition to HPB’s growing portfolio of prestige self-catering developments. HPB have an amazing selection of over 1,500 properties across more than 30 locations throughout the UK and Europe. 

Opened on May 3rd 2024 by Sue Barker, Northway Court has added a further 18 magnificent holiday properties to the north of the county, with fabulous views over Bideford Bay, highlighting the chosen setting.

Lead architect Perry Mears explained the approach “Having acquired a traditional barn conversion which had been partly converted, HPB took a strategic approach, recognising the great location, just a stroll from the North Devon coast, near to the unique village of Clovelly and accessible to the fabulous beaches, dramatic coastline and natural beauty for which the North Devon region is known. Northway Court has been totally transformed; everything has been renewed, new accommodation  and leisure facilities created, everything is as new! The number of holiday properties was increased to 18, all to the exacting HPB standard, styled to commitment their accommodation and setting. New additions include a fabulous indoor swimming pool and a quality hard tennis court. “
