A relatively small site with challenging technical constraints called for a bespoke solution to maximise the potential of this steeply sloping site.
With buildings staggered to afford distant seaviews to all dwellings and with the inclusion of a garage at lower level this provided the benefit of a morning terrace at the east end of all properties and a covered evening terrace to the west.
A simple design and construction method was employed through the use of bungalows to overcome proximity of adjacent properties, terrain and the constraints of constructing within a tight site.
