PMA working with JRA have been commissioned by Armada Homes to develop a residential scheme of 12 new town houses in a town centre location. The site is a brownfield plot and had a previous scheme for a development of flats proposed before our involvement. Working With Armada Homes it was felt that the existing planning consent did not suitably reflect the need of the local housing market, or make the most of the site for our clients.
Northfield Road
Planning permission is being sort for a modern development of three storey town houses, reflecting the local vernacular with a modern twist. The houses are designed to incorporate renewable technologies and passive design principles whilst providing a vibrant home.
At this stage it is felt that the houses are likely to be 3 storeys with some additional habitable space created in the roof zone. So the overall height and consequential impact on surrounding properties is likely to be less than the block of flats previously approved.
