Westbuckland School
Having undertaken an assessment of the building, we determined that the existing roof of the school building was in need of a more intensive repair than simply replacing a broken or fallen slate.
PMA were able to effectively communicate with West Buckland school and instigate the replacement and repair of the existing school buildings roof, including lead detailing and a number of intricate timber detailed dormers.
PMA liaised with the local conservation officer, providing viable solutions to a safety concern whilst being considerate of the listed asset. The resulting permission was obtained for this reason.
