Having diversified from farming to create a marina basin and small boat repair business some 12 years previously, the owners commissioned us to help them develop a masterplan for the next 10 years of their business.

– converting existing barns to 8 holiday lets
– converting existing admin building to wedding venue

– 28 permanent caravan pitches
– multi use events building & field / arena
– 12 holiday lodges
The development is planned to be rolled out in phases with the existing marina remaining in operation throughout.
