Private House, Croyde

Sunken into an elevated position above the golden coast, Wycliff presents a headland and bays inspired layout. With large amounts of glazing to reveal the stunning views and a free and open layout, the building is sure to turn heads from both passers-by and occupants.

The external appearance reflects a coastal vernacular with a sedum room to imitate the nearby dunes. Timber cladding on the first floor has been used represent driftwood found on the beach whilst the ground floor is made of natural stone walling to reflect the ground it has nestled into.
