Bray Leino

Concept design for additional office space for global company.

Our brief for this project was to undertake an assessment of the existing facilities at Bray leino’s Head Quarters at Filleigh and develop options to enable the offices to expand to accommodate 35 further staff members.

The HQ is based in a converted Georgian Rectory and the outbuildings within the grounds. Which whilst providing a beautiful and impressive setting, does not provide the open plan & interconnected spaces required to suit the creative way of working Bray Leino wish.

As such PMA developed schemes for three sites within the grounds looking at alternative levels of intervention to provide the accommodation required.

These included infilling an existing courtyard to produce a glazed atrium, developing a pavilion in the ground linked back to the main building and developing an ‘occupied’ link.
